Unlike sterling silver which tarnishes, or brass/alloy which can irritate the skin, Titanium is an inert metal that remains pristine forever. It is hypoallergenic, waterproof, and so light you’ll forget you’re wearing it. It’s the perfect blend of durability and elegance for those who never want to take their jewellery off.

Because we specialise in piercing jewellery, we have to follow strict hygiene and safety regulations.

Pierced earrings (all styles that go through a piercing) are generally non-returnable, whether the packaging is opened or not. This includes:

• Studs (flat backs, barbells, butterfly backs)
• Hoops, huggies, clickers
• Cartilage earrings (helix, conch, tragus, etc.)
• Single earrings and pairs
  

This is clearly stated at checkout and in our Returns Policy and is in line with standard practice for piercing retailers.

We may accept returns for:

• Non-piercing items such as ear cuffs (which do not go through the skin), and
  

For eligible returns, all items must be:

• In brand new, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage
• In the original packaging
• Returned within 14 days of delivery, and
• Pre-approved via email by our Customer Care Team

Each product page clearly states whether the price is for a single earring or a pair.

• If the option says “Single” – that is 1 earring.
• If it says “Pair” – that is 2 matching earrings.
  

Please double-check the dropdown before adding to cart, especially for huggies and hoops, as we offer both single and pair options.

• Flat back studs
  - A straight post with a flat disc at the back
  - The front screws into the back
  - Designed for comfort, especially in cartilage and sleeping

• Barbell studs
  - A straight post with a ball that screws on
  - Often used for helix, conch, etc.

• Butterfly back studs
  - Classic lobe studs with a friction/catch back
  - Not part of our flat-back range, and may be less comfortable for sleeping, but suitible if your piercing finds flat backs's bars too thick.

If a stud is flat back, it will say “Flat Back” in the product name and show the disc in the photos. If it is a barbell, the threaded ball will be visible. If neither is shown, it will be a standard butterfly back.

We include exact measurements in every product description, including:

• Hoop inside diameter (e.g. 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, etc.)
• Post length (e.g. 6mm, 8mm)
• Gauge (thickness) where relevant (e.g. 0.8mm or 16g/1.2mm)
  

Because every ear is different, we strongly recommend:

• Measuring a hoop or stud you already wear comfortably
• Comparing the measurements to our size chart
• Checking piercer recommendations for cartilage placements (helix, conch, etc.)

YES. We use Grade 23 Medical Grade Titanium, the same material used in surgical implants and aerospace engineering. Because titanium is elemental and contains no nickel, it does not react with human chemistry. It is the safe choice for those with sensitive skin, healing piercings, or metal allergies (such as nickel or cobalt) that often cause irritation in gold or silver.

Our collections are made from different materials, so care recommendations vary.

Titanium Collection
Yes — our titanium collection is waterproof and designed for everyday wear. Crafted from medical-grade titanium, these pieces are highly resistant to water, sweat and tarnishing, making them ideal for showering, swimming and active lifestyles.

Sterling Silver Collection
Our sterling silver jewellery is not waterproof. To help preserve its finish and minimise tarnishing, we recommend removing sterling silver pieces before showering, swimming, exercising or prolonged exposure to water and chemicals.

For all jewellery, we recommend avoiding harsh cleaning products and storing your pieces in a dry place when not in use.
