Delivery

General Information

  • All orders will be dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any delays caused by external factors such as courier issues (e.g., strikes, weather, high volume, traffic) are beyond our control and will not be considered as working days.
  • The indicated shipping time is an estimated number of working days from dispatch to delivery. It is not a guaranteed delivery date unless explicitly stated. During busy periods such as public holidays, Black Friday and Christmas, please expect potential delays beyond the usual shipping timeframes.
  • For orders containing multiple items, all items will be packaged together in one box, unless you request separate packaging during checkout.

UK

  • Standard - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 business days): £3 - Free on orders over £50
  • Express - Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 business days): £4 

International

  • Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (7-9 business days): £6 - Free on orders £100 and over

All other international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer. Since customs regulations vary by country, we are unable to provide specific information on these charges. If you decide to refuse the parcel to avoid paying duties and taxes, you will receive a partial refund, excluding the original shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes.

Return Policy

Returns Policy

Because we specialise in piercing jewellery, we must follow strict hygiene and safety regulations. For this reason, most of our items cannot be returned once they have left our studio, even if the packaging appears unopened.

Piercing Items – Non-Returnable

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any pierced earrings.

This applies to all piercing styles, including (but not limited to):

  • Flat back studs
  • Barbell studs
  • Huggie hoops and helix hoops
  • Any earring that is designed to go through a piercing

Once a piercing item has been dispatched, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless there is a confirmed quality issue or you received the wrong item.

General Returns (Non-Piercing Items Only)

For any items that are eligible for return (for example, certain non-piercing pieces or cuffs, where applicable), all returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  • In brand new, unused condition
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • In the original packaging (such as the jewellery box), unless only part of the order is being returned

If the returned item(s) do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item(s) back to the customer. Any repeat shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or stolen during return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when sending anything back to us.

Return Window

We gladly accept returns of unwanted items (excluding pierced earrings for hygiene reasons) within 14 days of purchase. Please note, pierced earrings—such as studs, barbells, labrets, barbells, huggies, hoops, and clickers—are not eligible for return as they are considered hygiene-sensitive.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the criteria for a refund. If approved, we will reimburse the cost of the goods, minus any delivery charges (exceptions may apply), to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days of receiving the item. Please note that the transaction may take an additional 3-7 working days to appear on your account, depending on the original payment method.

You will not receive an email upon receipt of your return. We will only notify you once your refund has been processed.

Please Note: All returned parcels must include a note with your full name and order number. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return or, in some cases, result in it not being processed at all.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual Returns Policy.
