HOW LÉA BEGAN

LÉA Jewels started with two sisters, a shared jewellery box and a love of piercings. We saw piercings as more than accessories – they were tiny ways to show who we are – but kept finding the same issues: irritation, uncomfortable nights and pieces that only looked good online.

So we set out to make the earrings we wished existed: considered designs, precious-metal bases and details that matter in everyday wear. From your first lobe to your fifth helix, we want every piece to feel intentional, wearable and personal to you.

We work in small batches to reduce waste, and we design with longevity in mind – pieces you’ll reach for season after season, not just for one night. Wherever possible, we choose partners and processes that align with responsible production, and we are continually looking for ways to improve.

Design

Every piece begins with a sketch – thinking about how it will sit on the ear, how it can layer with other piercings, and how it will feel after a full day of wear.

Those hand-drawn ideas are turned into detailed CAD models, then brought to life by skilled makers in small production runs. We obsess over proportions, closure mechanisms and curve lines so your earrings look delicate, but still feel secure and comfortable.

Material

At LÉA Jewels, we prioritise both quality and comfort, ensuring that every piece is designed to be as durable as it is beautiful. Our 18K gold-plated jewellery offers a luxurious finish over 925 sterling silver, providing a lightweight, hypoallergenic, and nickel-free experience for everyday wear.

Packaging

Every order is packed by our team in our London studio.

Each piece is checked, tucked into our signature LÉA box and prepared either for gifting or for adding straight into your own jewellery rotation. We aim to make unboxing feel special, but still true to who we are: considered, modern and a little bit understated.
